Dead Drop CTF is a Capture The Flag event run by The Big O, the coding and cybersecurity club of Acharya Institute of Technology as a part of its annual tech fest Tech Habba 2026.

We invite student teams from across colleges to think, investigate, exploit, and solve their way through challenges in web exploitation, cryptography, digital forensics, reverse engineering, OSINT, steganography, and more. Participants will uncover fragments of a story buried across an unfamiliar digital world.

Whether you're already deep into cybersecurity or just curious about what lies beneath the surface, there's room (and flags) for all.

#Rules

1│Be on campus before 11:00 AM. No late entries allowed.
2│CTF duration is of 5 hours which is excluding the opening and closing ceremony.
3│Make sure to bring your college ID cards, identity verification is mandatory for all participants.
4│Bring your own laptop and charger.
5│Do not attack other teams or the CTF infrastructure. Only attack the challenges provided.
6│Do not share flags outside your team, in public channels, or on write-ups until the event ends.
7│Be respectful - any kind of harassment to other teams or organizers will get you disqualified.
8│Organizer decisions on scoring disputes are final.
